How much is postage
& packing and how long will it take?Standard postage and packing in the UK is
£2.95 no matter how much you order. We aim to
deliver to UK addresses in 7 days from the time
we receive your order. If you want your order more quickly, we
can deliver express to UK addresses only in 72
hours during the week. Express orders placed Monday, for example,
will arrive Thursday. Please allow extra time at weekends and
national holidays. Orders placed Friday will arrive Wednesday. Express delivery costs just £5.95. Please
include your telephone number with all express deliveries in case
we need to contact you about your order.
For security reasons, we
recommend that you order cuff-links and sterling silver goods by
express delivery.
Sorry, we cannot make standard or
express deliveries to P.O. boxes. In all cases, please allow an
extra 2 days for orders to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and

Can I place an
order from outside the UK?Yes, we accept international orders from
all over the world.
For a limited time
only all international deliveries will be sent AIRMAIL for the
incredibly low price of just £2.95 (roughly US $5.80) no matter
how much you order.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or any debit card bearing the Visa logo. You can also pay by cheque. Cheques must be in pounds sterling and drawn off a UK account. Please make cheques payable to Embleton & King Ltd and send them to the UK address above.

Please note that orders outside the European Union may be subject to local duty and taxes for which the recipient is wholly responsible. Can I return things
I don't want?Yes. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the goods to us and we will refund or replace them – whichever you prefer. We would be grateful if you would return items with their original tags and individual packaging. This is not a legal requirement and your statutory rights are not affected if you don't. Legally, you can cancel your order for an unwanted product without any reason. You can do this anytime between when you place the order and the 8th day after you receive it. However, we're happy to cancel your order up to 21 days after you receive it. If you would like to cancel an unwanted order, simply send us an e-mail stating which items you no longer want. We will gladly refund the items and the cost of sending them to you within 30 days. Kindly note that we cannot be held liable for the cost of sending unwanted items back to us. Faulty goods should, by law, be returned within a "reasonable time". Consumer groups suggest that this should be no less than 7 days after the goods are received. We're happy to accept faulty goods up to 21 days after you receive them.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free of charge from the Post Office) when sending garments. Please send cuff-links and sterling silver goods by registered delivery. complaint?Most of our customers are delighted with our products and services, and we receive very few complaints indeed. If you do have a complaint, please call or e-mail us. If you e-mail us, we will acknowledge your message within 48 hours during the week. We will then endeavour to resolve your problem within 7 working days. However, it may take longer depending on the nature of your grievance. We will keep you informed at every stage until the problem is put right. details to anyone else?No, not without obtaining your permission first. In accordance with British law, we are registered with the Data Protection Registrar. gift-wrapped?Yes. If you wish, we will gift-wrap individual items for you in quality wrapping paper. We will also include a gift tag in which we will hand write your message up to 16 words long. The charge for gift-wrapping is £2.50 per item. do I get it?Full screen mode is a feature of Internet Explorer that makes the viewing area of your screen the largest it can be by temporarily hiding the tools and taskbars.
